ZS-100 series insulating oil regeneration vacuum oil purifier is developed and produced by Baneng co***ny based on vacuum drying principle,adopting coalescence-separating technology,precise filtration and absorption refining technology.It is an ideal equipment to purify badly ***eriorated insulating oil and other low viscosity lubricating oil.It is quite functional and efficient not only for dehydration,degassing,removing impurities,but also for getting rid of free carbon,dyes,acid,ect so as to maintain insulating and lubricating property of the oil.After purification process,the remaining water and gas content,Ph value comply with the Chniese national standards.
Application:
It is widely used to regenerate and purify the ***eriorated transformer oil,circuit breaker oil,low viscosity lubricating oil in power generation plant,transformer station,electric transmission and supplying co***ny,factory,mine,railway transportation,etc.It can be used as special equipment electric power transformer maintenance.Not only can it remove water,gas and other impurities from the oil,but aslo it can remove oxide materials and free carbon in the ***eriorated oil to lower the PH value,improve its breakdown voltage and quality.
